House Guidelines

Forest and Sea Villa – “Kamehouse”

1.  Layout & Privacy

• Your private room: You have an individual, lockable bedroom on the 2 nd floor. Fresh linens and towels are provided.

• Manager on-site: The bilingual (Canadian/Japanese) manager lives on the 1 st floor and is happy to help with local tips, language practice, or activity bookings.

• Shared 2 nd‑floor facilities: Feel free to use the open kitchen, dining area, lounge, balcony, and upstairs bathroom any time.

2.  Respectful Co‑Living

• Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00. Please keep voices and music low to preserve the tranquil jungle setting.

• Shoes off inside: Help us protect the wooden floors by leaving footwear at the entrance.

• Clean as you go: Wash, dry, and return kitchenware after use; wipe counters and dining table.

• Shared fridge: Label your food; unlabelled items may be cleared every 3 days.

• Visitors: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Day visitors must leave by 21:00.

3.  Safety & Sustainability

• No indoor smoking or open flames. Smoking is allowed only in the designated garden corner.

• Lock up: Please lock your room and the main door whenever you leave.

• Water & energy: Okinawan utilities are precious—turn off lights, A/C, and taps when not in use.

• Wooden house care: Avoid strong chemicals, aerosols, or incense inside.

4.  Activities & Gear

• Snorkel sets: ¥1,000 / day. Rinse with fresh water and return by 19:00.

• Diving & guided tours: Advance booking required (certified divers only). Meeting time and waiver details will be confirmed by the manager.

• BBQ rental: Garden grill + utensils ¥1,000 / use. Please leave the grill clean and cold.

• Language mini‑courses: 60‑min English or Japanese sessions available on request (additional fee).

5.  Communication

• Ask & share: We encourage friendly exchanges—feel free to chat with the manager or fellow guests in the common areas.

• Need help? Ring the 1 st‑floor bell or message via LINE/WhatsApp for assistance at any reasonable hour.

フォレスト＆シー・ヴィラ（カメハウス）

1.  間取りとプライバシー

• ゲスト専用個室: 2階の鍵付き個室をご利用ください。リネン・タオル完備。

• 管理人常駐: カナダ・日本ハーフの管理人が1階に滞在。観光案内や語学練習、各種予約をサポートします。

• 共用スペース（2階）: キッチン、ダイニング、ラウンジ、バルコニー、バスルームは自由にご利用いただけます。

2.  気持ちよく過ごすために

• 静粛時間: 22:00～07:00。自然に溶け込む静けさを守りましょう。

• 土足厳禁: 木床保護のため玄関で靴を脱いでください。

• セルフクリーニング: 使った食器は洗って戻し、テーブルや調理台を拭いてください。

• 冷蔵庫: 食品に名前を記入。無記名品は3日ごとに整理します。

• 来客: 宿泊は予約者のみ。日帰りの訪問者は21:00までにお帰りください。

3.  安全とサステナビリティ

• 室内禁煙・火気厳禁。 喫煙は庭の指定エリアで。

• 戸締り: 外出時は個室と玄関の施錠をお願いします。

• 節水節電: 不在時は照明・エアコン・蛇口をオフに。

• 木造建築保護: 強い化学製品やお香の使用はご遠慮ください。

4.  アクティビティ＆レンタル

• シュノーケルセット: 1日¥1,000。19:00までに真水ですすいで返却。

• BBQレンタル: グリル＋器具一式¥1,000／回。使用後は冷まして洗浄。
